Kelly Payne head trainer at Bellabody Fitness has 19 years experience in the Fitness Industry working 1-1 with clients and teaching group fitness. Kelly is a Level 5 qualified Personal Trainer.
Kelly is an ex NZ Athlete and loves to walk the talk. You will find her down at the beach surfing, running, practicing Yoga, riding her bike and doing fun fitness events with her kids.
Kelly started out her career at Les Mills Christchurch working the Gym floor and teaching world class fitness classes. Kelly then was employed by Steiner Transocean to embark on a world wide adventure working as an International Fitness Director and Personal Trainer. Her experience and knowledge gained over these years with on going training, Pilates training, Yoga training, Advanced Exercise Science and becoming an Alternative medicine practitioner has made her into the person she is today. Kelly returned to New Zealand and worked as a Personal Trainer at Configure Express for 6 months before launching Bellabody Fitness in 2010.
All trainers at Bellabody are atleast L4 qualified and hold first aid certificates.
