12 WEEK SUMMER SHAPE UP 

If you are up for a challenge and ready to start training early October then your in the right spot. Take the think work out of your training, feel your very best, understand nutrition inside and out and don't worry about dieting again, move better and have less joint pain, fall inlove with fitness  and have someone hold you accountable as we enter the busy pre xmas season, this programme can be designed to suit most fitness levels.


Week 1-4: FOUNDATION PHASE - circuits, tabata, back to basics

Week 5-8: PROGRESSION PHASE - power, supersets, core strength 

Week 9-12: PERFORMANCE PHASE - cardio, HIIT, AMRAP, EMOM combos

November we will have a social get together.
