28 DAY ONLINE  CHALLENGE 

ARE YOU READY FOR CHANGE? 

We are ready to go! You can start this programme at anytime that suits you, grab the accountability add on if you are wanting someone to hold you accountable. 

This challenge is designed to provide you with short sharp structured workouts you can complete from home, gym or holiday daily. Options available for most fitness levels. 

This challenge will help you find your rhythm, routine, success habits and eliminate processed foods and junk from your lifestyle. This challenge isn't about deprivation, its also not about spending tons of money on fancy supermarket foods, it's not a diet - though you will probably lose weight. 

This challenge is about loving food, exercise, your body and learning to fuel yourself in the right way. 

EVERY DAY THERE WILL BE A FOOD / NUTRITION POST

Workout schedule as follows

  • Monday - HIIT (beginner and advanced options available) 
  • Tuesday - LOWER BODY STRENGTH 
  • Wednesday - CORE 
  • Thursday - UPPER BODY STRENGTH 
  • Friday - MOBILITY 
  • Sat / Sun - YOU DO YOU - Rest, run, walk, climb a hill, bike, swim, surf, yoga, do more switchfit sessions! Be intentional and listen to your body.
