Before you start we will create a vision with you to understand what you want to achieve in the 4 weeks and in the long term following on from the kick-start.
You will receive a 4 week nutrition plan to suit your goals and training can be booked in at a time that suits you (if it is available)
What happens after the 4 weeks?
Your training will be updated and you will receive a 6 week Personalized Training Programme and 6 Weeks of Nutrition to continue through with.
We recommend you update your programmes and check in at-least every 6 weeks to stay on track, analyse your programme and upgrade yourself with new exercises to work on.
4 Week PT Package 1
1 x 1 hour Personal Training session per week
4 Week PT Package 2
2 x 1 hour Personal Training sessions per week
4 Week PT Package 3
2 x 45 minute PT sessions per week
4 Week Online Package 4
2 x 45 minute online 1-1 workouts per week
(extra $15 for 4 weeks of online group fitness class for your days you dont have 1-1 with trainer)
